What is functionSPACE?

functionSPACE is the standard for pricing numerical outcomes. It builds markets on anything measurable, for apps, desks and traders.
The subject is numbers that lack a liquid market today. Five categories carry it: financial fundamentals (revenue, earnings, fund flows, economic metrics), weather (rainfall, temperature, snowfall, wind speed), decentralised finance (TVL, protocol fees, volumes, yields), sports (player statistics, scoring margins, season totals), and AI and compute (benchmark scores, model performance, compute usage, inference costs). Anything that already trades on a spot market sits outside the category by definition.
Exposure is expressed as a payoff, defined across the outcome range and priced as one market.
Logo & Wordmark
Two core elements: the mesh symbol and the functionSPACE wordmark. Minimum size 40px high for the full logotype — below that, use the mesh symbol only. Always keep strong contrast.
Do not scale the symbol below 83px wide. Its stroke is 1.39% of its width, so under that it falls below one device pixel and the mesh greys out. Use the size-specific cut below instead — each one is rebuilt with a floored stroke, not resized.
Always embed the wordmark from the supplied file. Never typeset it from HTML or CSS text — even with the matching font, weight, and letter-spacing. Use the white file on dark backgrounds, the black file on light. PNG is a raster fallback for surfaces that do not accept SVG.
Keep clear space equal to the cap height of the wordmark on all four sides.
40px high for the full logotype. Below that, use the mesh symbol only. The symbol itself does not scale below 83px wide — under that, take the floor-tuned cut for the size you are rendering at.
White marks on dark backgrounds, black on light. Never place on low-contrast or busy backgrounds.
Pick by the width the symbol renders at, not by the file. Each cut holds a 1.15px line at its own size. Downloads use currentColor, so they take the ink of whatever they sit in.
Below 24px the mesh closes into a solid diamond and there is no approved asset yet. Reducing the grid from six divisions to four opens it back up, but that changes how the mark is constructed and has not been signed off.
Colour Palette
A monochromatic foundation with a single blue accent (#3B82F6), used sparingly for labels, badges, connectors, and metric indicators. Click any swatch to copy the hex.
Typography
Hierarchy comes from family, weight, and size. Hedvig Letters Serif carries authority in headings; Inter handles everything else; JetBrains Mono is for code, data, and pills.
Voice & Principles
How functionSPACE sounds and looks. Restrained, spacious, precise — closer to a precision infrastructure product than a typical crypto project. Decoration is spent sparingly, and only where it carries structure.

Dark mode is the primary experience. Light mode is a toggle, not the design target.
A near-black/white foundation with a single selective blue. Never saturated, never gratuitous.
Hierarchy through family, weight, and size — never colour or ornament. Serif headings, always.
Sections breathe. Density is avoided. When in doubt, add more space.
Dashed dividers with diamond corner markers mark section boundaries — structural, not decorative.
Elevation is implied through background-colour shifts only, not drop shadows.

Using the Marks

Do
- Use the supplied SVG or PNG files for the logo and wordmark.
- Embed the wordmark from the asset file.
- Keep clear space equal to the wordmark cap height on all sides.
- Use white marks on dark backgrounds, black on light.
- Keep the full logotype at 40px+ tall — otherwise use the mesh symbol alone.
Don't
- Don't reconstruct the wordmark from styled HTML/CSS text.
- Don't recolour the marks or add gradients, shadows, or effects.
- Don't stretch, rotate, skew, or crop the marks.
- Don't place the logo on low-contrast or busy backgrounds.
- Don't introduce saturated or warm colours beyond the blue accent.
